- Service details:
Cipriani HS will manage and oversee the maintenance operations for the structure
requested by the client.
The company will send monthly reports about all the operations that would be done
during the month and will send the copy of every bill issued by the suppliers.
The suppliers’ bills will be issued to the client and Cipriani HS will make a single
document that will be sent to the client, the document will contain all the operations
and the reference document.
The suppliers will be chosen by the client and, in case a member of the client’s list
isn’t available, the company will have to ask permission to send a different supplier.
In case a specific technician or a supplier for a specific job is missing from the
client’s list, the company will communicate and suggest at least a supplier to the
client.
- List of suppliers:
The list of suppliers can be chosen by the client, the list must be submitted before
the starting date of the contract, if the list isn’t submitted before that date it will be
considered missing and all the suppliers will be suggested by the company time by
time. The client can submit the list during the contract and from whenever it is
submitted will be considered the client’s list of suppliers.
The suppliers mustn’t ask for money while doing an operation in the property of the
client, their bills will be paid at the end of the month after the closure of the month’s
bill for the client.
- Payment:
The client will receive the document containing the month bill with all the operations
of the month and the single bills issued by the suppliers. The payment can be done
in a single solution by paying at the bank account of the company, by check and by
credit card. The due of the payment is always the 5 days after receiving the bill of the
month, suppliers will be paid in the same week or, in case the payment is done
during a weekend, they’ll be paid the week after. Cipriani HS isn’t responsible for
unpaid bills in the case the customer doesn’t provide the monthly payment first.
The report of the payment of the suppliers’ bill will be sent with the next monthly bill
and it counts as proof of the suppliers’ payment received.
